Why do Pilates?

Pilates was developed in the early 20th century by a German physical trainer Joseph Pilates.

Pilates trains the body as an integrated whole, focusing on core, lower body and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture. Pilates promotes strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. Can help with back pain stabilising the spine and improving the posture.
