Taking place on Saturday Nov 16th from 9 30 am to 5 30 pm. Jennifer will lead a gentle yoga practice. This practice is designed to shift your awareness into a rest and digest state.
Thus preparing the body and mind for a deep immersion into meditation.
In the afternoon through a guided breath practice Darrell will take you on a deep dive into a deep state of Samadhi.
